Random stuff about me
• I am currently doing the 365 project. You can see daily photos of my life HERE.
• I love horses. I took a year of horseback riding in college. I dream to one day own 3-5 of them.
• I have a huge celebrity crush on Josh Hartnett.
• I'm addicted to Pandora, Tom shoes, and Burt's Bees Chapstick.
• I love everything Anthropologie.
• I believe in love at first sight.
• In 2006, I spent the summer abroad teaching English in China, and it was a life changing experience. I moved from Chicagoland to LA in 2008. I have traveled almost everywhere in the states. I still would like to see Seattle and Alaska.
• One of my first jobs was a children's photographer at the age of 17. I fell in love with the reactions parents gave when I showed them pictures I took of their children. The urge to please people in this way has never left me.

The story behind the Hummingbird LOGO: "Legends say that hummingbirds float free of time, carrying our hopes for love, joy and celebration. Hummingbirds open our eyes to the wonder of the world and inspire us to open our hearts to loved ones and friends. Like a hummingbird, we aspire to hover and to savor each moment as it passes, embrace all that life has to offer and to celebrate the joy of everyday. The hummingbird’s delicate grace reminds us that life is rich, beauty is everywhere, every personal connection has meaning and that laughter is life’s sweetest creation."
