Delaney’s Birthday Celebration at the Beach

Yesterday, I had the great pleasure of photographing a beautiful celebration at the beach.  My photographer friend Kathryn Colby has daughter who was turning two and being christened on the same day.  Kathryn is highly detailed and planned every part of the event; from the color theme, to outfits, homemade cupcakes, and setting up the event site, nothing was overlooked!  60 of her closest friends and family attended the ceremony, and it was a perfect day at the beach in Rancho Palos Verdes!  Here’s some of my favorite pictures.

Bianca & Eric: Leather Wedding Album

After 2 years, a few trade shows, many long hours researching the internet and forms, a couple sample albums and a few swatch books later, I am proud to say I’ve finally found the perfect leather wedding album company!  As a photographer, the quality of the final product is everything.  Details about the quality of fabric (in this case leather), texture of paper, color in development, and high quality binding are some of the key things I focused on.  Bianca and Eric are my first clients to get one of these beautiful leather albums!  Picture below is a sample 12×12″ album for my studio, their 10×10″ album, and Bianca’s mom’s album in 8×8″.  If you’re interested in seeing a sample of this book, hit me up!   It’s way more awesome in person!

Lauren & Chris’ Wedding Album: Custom 10×8″ Leather and Photo Wrap Cover

I photographed Lauren and Chris’ wedding at the Santa Barbara Zoo last May.  It was a great wedding with lots of fun locations to shoot!  After the wedding, I hadn’t heard from Lauren for a long while.  Finally, last month she emails ready to order her wedding album!  When I first met Lauren I remember how much she absolutely LOVED my sample albums, especially the ones with the smooth matte pages.  She also liked having a leather cover.  Luckily I was able to marry her two requests in the creation of a custom 10×8″ album that has matte pages, lay flat binding, no gutters, a black leather cover with 3/4 Photo Wrap on the cover!  That’s definitely a mouthful of features, but I couldn’t be more thrilled about this album!  If you’re curious to see the layout design of this book, click HERE to see more.
