Danielle is a super talented Makeup Artist / Esthetician/ Hair Stylist working at Anastasia Beverly Hills Salon specializing in amazing eyebrows. We did a couple of different looks; the first was a more natural outdoor shot and the second was more dramatic studio lighting. I think she looks so beautiful in both! Do you have a favorite?
Melissa & Greg’s Wedding: Long Beach
Melissa and Greg had a beautiful wedding in Long Beach this past weekend at the Long Beach Museum of Art. I first met them back in March, as they described a “fun, beachy, and relaxed” wedding with a balance of colors of pink and navy with succulents and orchids. On their wedding day, they chose to have a first look before the ceremony followed by formal pictures of their family. I’ve photographed weddings at the Museum of Art a handful of times, and it’s always a challenge to do something new and unique. For the first look, we found a beautiful spot in the lobby by the fireplace where the light was coming though the windows, overlooking the ocean. Some fun elements of their evening included a photobooth and ice-cream (of which I had 2 helpings, guilty!). To check out the progress of their album design click HERE.
