Long Beach Art Museum Wedding: Gina & Issy
Gina and Issy had a beautiful intimate ceremony overlooking the beach at the Long Beach Art Museum this past weekend. Unlike most of my couples, Gina booked me for her wedding over the phone, without ever meeting me in person. One of her first questions to me was if I have photographed an older couple before followed by her second question if I had ever photographed a Jewish wedding before…. After sharing some samples, she felt confident we were a great match and I’m so glad she did! Gina would describe her wedding as “untraditional” with a mix of bright colors of yellow, blue, and pinks. She wore a navy evening gown with crystal beading and Issy wore a suit. Here’s some of my favorite pictures from their day!

Delaney’s Birthday Celebration at the Beach
Yesterday, I had the great pleasure of photographing a beautiful celebration at the beach. My photographer friend Kathryn Colby has daughter who was turning two and being christened on the same day. Kathryn is highly detailed and planned every part of the event; from the color theme, to outfits, homemade cupcakes, and setting up the event site, nothing was overlooked! 60 of her closest friends and family attended the ceremony, and it was a perfect day at the beach in Rancho Palos Verdes! Here’s some of my favorite pictures.

Dennis & Desiree: Wedding
Dennis and Desiree’s wedding took place this past Saturday at St. Anthony Catholic Church in El Segundo followed by a reception at the Redondo Beach Library overlooking the Pacific Ocean. I met these two a couple months ago through their awesome wedding planner Cecille and they shared the details of their wedding with me. They would describe the style of their wedding as “simple, pretty, and vintage.” With 250 of their closest friends and family, their celebration was filled with love, tears, and joy. I’m so honored to have been a part of their beautiful day! Here’s some of my favorite images!
