After 2 years, a few trade shows, many long hours researching the internet and forms, a couple sample albums and a few swatch books later, I am proud to say I’ve finally found the perfect leather wedding album company! As a photographer, the quality of the final product is everything. Details about the quality of fabric (in this case leather), texture of paper, color in development, and high quality binding are some of the key things I focused on. Bianca and Eric are my first clients to get one of these beautiful leather albums! Picture below is a sample 12×12″ album for my studio, their 10×10″ album, and Bianca’s mom’s album in 8×8″. Lauren & Chris’ Wedding Album: Custom 10×8″ Leather and Photo Wrap Cover

I photographed Lauren and Chris’ wedding at the Santa Barbara Zoo last May. It was a great wedding with lots of fun locations to shoot! After the wedding, I hadn’t heard from Lauren for a long while. Finally, last month she emails ready to order her wedding album! When I first met Lauren I remember how much she absolutely LOVED my sample albums, especially the ones with the smooth matte pages. She also liked having a leather cover. Luckily I was able to marry her two requests in the creation of a custom 10×8″ album that has matte pages, lay flat binding, no gutters, a black leather cover with 3/4 Photo Wrap on the cover! Harris Wedding Album: Photo Wrapped Cover

Today, I’m excited to share images from Sakura and Nathan’s wedding album. Pictured below is their 10×10″ book with photo wrapped cover. I just absolutely love the color quality on the matte finish pages, panoramic pages (with no gutter), and cute BW stripes covering the back page of the book. Sakura & Nathan: Backyard Wedding

Sakura and Nathan’s wedding took place on Saturday afternoon at Nathan’s family’s home in Garden Grove. The details of this wedding were planned to a T, with lots of bold style, handmade details, and cultural elements.

The style of the wedding was BW stripes with red accents. While some brides do a second dress for the reception, Sakura wore a white dress that showed her striped BW stockings and 3 different shoe changes (well, actually 4 if you count the ones she wore while getting ready). Her first set was a fierce red high heel with deadly spikes! Nathan wore a BW striped tie and red converse shoes.

Sakura and Nathan chose not to see each other until the ceremony; however, beforehand they wanted to do some formal pictures with the bridal party. Sakura had a mix of bridesmaids and bridesmen.

Rambo and Halo the “kids” with handler Amber. She brought them down the isle with her during the ceremony!

Team Sakura’s Bridal Party Wars! Guys: 0, Girls: 1

Sakura waited with her father in a BW canopy tent as guests arrived. I think everyone was pretty surprised when her sisters unzipped it and Sakura came walking out to a Muse song. Guests were seated at their tables as they watched.
