{"id":1431,"date":"2010-12-12T22:17:27","date_gmt":"2010-12-13T05:17:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/sherrijphotography.com\/?p=1431"},"modified":"2010-12-12T22:17:27","modified_gmt":"2010-12-13T05:17:27","slug":"karina-kevin-engagement","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sherrijphotography.com\/blog\/2010\/12\/karina-kevin-engagement\/","title":{"rendered":"Karina + Kevin: Malibu Engagement Photography"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I met Kevin and Karina a couple of months ago as they started planning a beautiful May 2011 wedding.\u00a0 Kevin has a passion for football, coaching at a local high school, and Karina works with children, currently drives a truck, and her family owns some horses in the valley.\u00a0 (I&#8217;m already dreaming about the chance to photograph her on one!) \u00a0 They chose to capture their engagement Sunday afternoon in the beautiful hills of Malibu, near the Malibu Lake Mountain Club (venue).<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"border: 0pt none;\" src=\"http:\/\/img.photobucket.com\/albums\/v200\/twinkle63718\/IMG_5838copy.jpg\" border=\"0\" alt=\"Malibu wedding Photographer\" width=\"900\" height=\"675\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"border: 0pt none;\" title=\"Malibu Engagement Photographer\" src=\"http:\/\/img.photobucket.com\/albums\/v200\/twinkle63718\/IMG_5853copy.jpg\" border=\"0\" alt=\"Malibu Engagement Photographer\" width=\"900\" height=\"675\" \/><\/p>\n<p>During our first meeting, Karina shared with me her love of Oak Trees.\u00a0 Luckily, there were lots of beautiful trees at our photo spot for some great pictures including this awesome ring shot below.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"border: 0pt none;\" title=\"Malibu Lake Mountain Club\" src=\"http:\/\/img.photobucket.com\/albums\/v200\/twinkle63718\/IMG_5984copy.jpg\" border=\"0\" alt=\"Malibu Lake Mountain Club\" width=\"900\" height=\"600\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Someone asked me the other day if I had a &#8220;signature shot&#8221; that I always do.\u00a0 I wasn&#8217;t really sure how to respond since I feel everyone is different, and I really hate being predictable&#8230; but on the other hand I do realize I have an arsenal of classic shots.\u00a0\u00a0 Even if I&#8217;ve done the shot before, it might be something new to a couple.\u00a0 So, why not ?\u00a0 Below, you&#8217;ve might of seen this a few times on the blog here&#8230;
