Preparation Checklist for Property Shoots
- Remove trash cans from exterior view
- Tidy yard - coil yard hoses
- Sweep driveways and sidewalks
- Uncover bbqs, pools, spas
- Open patio umbrellas or remove umbrellas
- Set out chair cushions
- Stow away children’s and pet toys
- Remove gates and or fences around pool
- Remove "For Sale" signs
- Remove vehicles from driveways
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or reschedule an appointment 24 hours or more before a confirmed appointment with no penalty. For appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of a confirmed appointment, you will be charged $75.
