Photography services for the Los Angeles area is perfect for agents and homeowners who need great property photos for residential homes for sale. With experience photographing thousands of homes for over a decade, my goal is to capture each property in the best light. Edited images are guaranteed to be ready within 24 hours.

- exterior only, from the ground and drone: $250
- under 2000 sqft, up to 30 minutes, up to 10 images: $250, each 10 additional photos: $150
- up to 2000 sqft, up to 1 hour, with up to 25 images, property website, marketing kit: $400
- up to 2000 sqft, up to 1 hour, with up to 25 images, property website, marketing kit, floorplan: $600 (most popular)
- 2000-4000 sqft, up to 1.5 hours, 35+ images, property website, marketing kit, floorplan: $800
- 4000-7000 sqft, up to 2 hours, 45+ images, property website, marketing kit, floorplan: $1000
- 7000-9000 sqft, up to 4 hours, daytime, twilight, drone, photo, video, website, matterport scan: $2500

Preparation Checklist
For best results, the property should be camera ready upon my arrival including decluttering, staging, and cleaning. Here's some more tips to help you prepare.
INDOORS
- Clean well and de-clutter (De-cluttering is more important for the photos than dirt).
- Turn on all lights, replace any burned-out bulbs, and make sure all lights match color temperature.
- Turn off fans.
- Remove pet toys, bowls, and beds.
- Open window coverings (unless they are concealing a less-than-desirable view).
- Clear kitchen countertops and stage with minimal appliances.
- Put children’s toys away.
- Clear the bathroom countertops and shower –remove toothbrushes, shampoo bottles, personal products, electronics, etc.
- Place generic decorative items, plants, fruits, or floral arrangements.
EXTERIORS
- Remove trash cans, gardening tools, etc from sight.
- Coil yard hoses.
- Sweep driveways and sidewalks.
- Uncover BBQs, pools, spas.
- Open patio umbrellas and set out cushions – or remove umbrellas altogether.
- Stow children’s and pet toys.
- Remove gates/ fences around the pool.
- Remove sale signs.
- Remove vehicles from driveways, DO NOT park in front of the house.
- DO park in front or put trash cans in front if it is a busy street to ensure no one else parks there. We can move everything and get an unobstructed view.
